Marco A. Penafiel is a design professional based in The Hamptons, New York, with a bachelor's degree in Interior Design. Marco has participated in architectural design, interior design, and the construction development phases of various projects at different scales. His career started by collaborating with licensed architects in his city of origin, Cuenca - Ecuador. Marco was part of these projects from their schematic design phase to their design development and construction. This early training experience motivated him to relocate to the United States, seeking greater challenges and learning opportunities in the construction/design field.

Since his relocation, Marco has worked for local landscape design, construction, and architecture companies in The Hamptons area. For the last four years, he has been part of an Architectural Design Studio based in Southampton, NY, where he collaborates with architects and designers in traditional and modern high-end residential projects. At the same time, he has also been involved in several projects as a freelancer for different professionals in the construction field, providing his services of design, 3D rendering, and construction consultancy.
